Forgot Your PIN?

Security notice

GruuvyPay will never ask for your PIN via email, SMS, or phone call. Your PIN is hashed — even our team cannot see it.

Reset your PIN in the app

  1. 1

    Open GruuvyPay. On the PIN entry screen, tap Forgot PIN.

    Enter the email address linked to your account.

  3. 3

    Check your email for a verification code and enter it in the app.

  4. 4

    Set a new 6-digit PIN.

  5. 5

    Confirm your new PIN.

  6. 6

    You're all set — use your new PIN for transactions.
